Human Resource Management
Overview
The N4 – N6 Human Resource (HR) course allows students to explore human resource management principles, talent acquisition strategies, performance appraisal systems, and organisational development frameworks. Through case studies and simulations, learners master conflict resolution, diversity management, labour law compliance, and employee engagement techniques. The programme equips individuals with the skills to recruit top talent, cultivate a positive work culture, and optimize workforce productivity within dynamic organisational settings. Each level takes 6 months to complete (total of 18 months to complete the theory), followed by 18 months practical experience in an office or any applicable environment.
