Legal Secretary
Overview
This qualification has been designed to help students who have an interest in an industry or vocational field gain the necessary skills to become competent legal secretaries. This will allow them to advance their education or find employment in the field at entry-level or second-tier levels. The program provides legal department and/or a law firm with administrative support. These experts will make sure that the daily operations of the law offices are efficiently managed, that there has been good communication, and that the work flow of the attorneys and other legal professionals is facilitated. Legal secretaries serve as a liaison between staff workers, attorneys, and clerks. Giving the student the scientific, theoretical, practical, and workplace knowledge and abilities necessary in their chosen occupational or vocational field is the main goal of this certificate. Upon completion of all three certificate levels (N4 – N6), you will need to complete an additional 18 months of hands-on work experience in order to receive your National Diploma.
