Our N4 – N6 Hospitality and Catering course immerses students in the intricacies of hospitality operations, menu planning, food service management, and guest experience enhancement. Participants learn culinary techniques, event coordination, customer relationship management, and hospitality industry trends to deliver exceptional guest services and elevate dining experiences. Hands-on training in kitchen operations, menu design, and service etiquette prepares individuals for successful careers in hotels, restaurants, event venues, and catering businesses. The duration of the Hospitality and Catering course is 3 years – 18 months Theory and 18 months Experiential training.
